The combination of travel services offered is a package deal within the meaning of the Tourism Services Act. The traveler therefore has all the rights arising from the provisions of the Tourism Services Provision Act pertaining to the package arrangement. Dream Vacations d.o.o. travel agency, OIB: 40172533631 is fully responsible for the proper execution of the package as a whole. Dream Vacations d.o.o. travel agency, OIB: 40172533631, has a statutory security for the payment of passenger payments and, if the transport is included in the package, ensuring the repatriation of passengers in the event of insolvency.
Passengers will receive all relevant information about the package deal before concluding the package travel agreement.
There is always at least one merchant responsible for the proper performance of all travel services covered by the contract.
Passengers are given an emergency telephone number or contact point information at the latest notice before the journey begins, which they can contact the organizer, travel agency or their representative.
Passengers can transfer a package deal to another person with notice within a reasonable period of time and possible payment of additional costs.
The price of a package deal can only be increased if the specific costs (for example, the price of fuel) increase and if explicitly stipulated in the contract, and in any case not later than 20 days before the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the package price, the passenger may terminate the contract. If the organizer reserves the right to increase the price, the passenger has the right to lower the price if the relevant costs are reduced.
Passengers can terminate the contract without paying any fee for termination of the contract and receive a full refund of all payments if any of the essential elements of the package arrangement other than the price are significantly altered. If, before the start of the package deal, the retailer responsible for the package deal cancels the package deal, passengers are entitled to a refund and, if necessary, compensation.
Passengers may terminate the contract without paying any fee for termination of the contract before the start of the package in case of emergency, for example if there are serious security issues at the destination that could affect the package.
In addition, passengers may terminate the contract at any time prior to the start of the package, subject to the payment of a reasonable termination fee.
If significant elements of the package cannot be provided as agreed after the start of the package arrangement, alternative arrangements will have to be offered at no additional cost. If the services are not provided in accordance with the contract and this significantly affects the execution of the package arrangement, and the organizer does not correct the non-compliance, the passengers can terminate the contract of travel in the package arrangement without paying the termination fee.
Passengers are entitled to a price reduction and / or compensation if travel services are not provided or if they are performed improperly.
If the traveler is in difficulty, the organizer must provide assistance in accordance with the provisions of the Tourism Service Provision Act.
If the Organizer, or in some Member States, the seller, become insolvent, a refund shall be provided. If the organizer or, if necessary, the seller becomes insolvent after the start of the package arrangement and if the transport is included in the package arrangement, repatriation of the passengers is assured.
